Deaf Service

We run a service for the hard of hearing or otherwise impaired finding it hard to speak on the telephone. To use this service use the deaf service contact form or text 07903 632593.

In Person Advice

We offer in person advice in our outreach locations.

Service Update

Our drop-in service will run 9:30am to 12:00pm only on the following dates due to staff training:

  • Thursday 11 December 2025

  • Tuesday 16 December 2025

We will close for the Christmas period from midday on Wednesday 24 December 2025.

  • Normal services resume Friday 2 January 2026 for booked appointments only.

  • Drop-in service resumes Monday 5 January 2026.
