The Renters’ Rights Act Campaign
The Renters’ Rights Act represents a major step forward in improving fairness and security for tenants across England. This campaign aims to raise awareness of the new law and ensure that renters understand how the changes affect their rights and responsibilities.
From ending so-called “no-fault” evictions to strengthening protections against unfair rent increases, the Act introduces important reforms designed to create a more balanced relationship between tenants and landlords. It also makes it easier for renters to challenge poor housing conditions and to feel more secure in their homes.
By increasing awareness and understanding, the campaign supports stronger, safer and more stable housing for communities.
Please get in touch if you have any questions or are unsure about the changes. We would also welcome hearing from you if you are happy to share your experience with us or the media. You can contact us at vreveley@coventrycab.org.uk.
