An update for Coventry citizens – Coronavirus and service provision changes at Coventry CA.

In response to the latest government advice regarding working from home, and avoiding unnecessary travel where possible, Coventry CA have reviewed the potential corporate risk level now posed by COVID-19 and are implementing its contingency strategy.

From 17.00 hours today (March 18th 2020) we will close our face to face client services.

A large proportion of our workforce will operate from home offering telephone and digital services to our clients.

We will continue to provide support for our existing and new clients.

A press release will be circulated shortly, along with updates on our website and social media pages with key contact information for both the general public and our partners.

These details have been included at the end of this message.

We are confident that we can continue to operate and meet our clients’ needs effectively, without physically being in the office.

We will, of course, keep you informed if there are further changes to any of our working arrangements.
