Celebrating our volunteers – This year 57% of our volunteers moved into employment or education. 55 volunteers supported our Core service which helped us reach over 10,000 people with more than 26,000 issues.
21,120 hours of service were provided by volunteers over the year, which gave us over £150,000 of value added service.
21,048 enquiries dealt with by Core & Casework Services. 4 out of 5 people said advice they received had improved their life (including health and finances).
Our Money Advice Service received an 84% grading in a recent national quality of service review; one of the highest grades for such work in the country.
Macmillan Cancer Support Service supported cancer patients with financial gains of nearly £3.5m which helped make a difference for people during a difficult time.
Our AWS, Power Up & Energy Best Deal Extra projects helped over 1000 clients and generated nearly £1.5m in financial savings.
