Charlotte Prestwich

Charlotte Prestwich is an HR Director with over 20 years’ experience across both the public and private sectors, specialising in people strategy, organisational change and transformation. She is known for her practical and collaborative approach, with a strong focus on supporting people and organisations to thrive.
Born and raised in Coventry, Charlotte values the vital role Citizens Advice plays in supporting people at times when they need help the most. She became a Trustee of Coventry Citizens Advice in December 2025 and is passionate about contributing to the charity’s work.
Outside of her professional role, Charlotte is a parent who enjoys travelling, keeping active and spending time outdoors with her family.
