The Empower Project is here to help all Coventry residents who are facing a short-term crisis. We work closely with Food Banks and Social Supermarkets to support people during vulnerable and difficult times. Our friendly advisors are based at some Food Banks and Social Supermarkets.
We can help with a range of issues including:
- Benefit problems and understanding entitlements
- Maximising your income
- Managing priority debts (we can refer you to our Debt Specialist Team for help with non-priority debts)
- Housing issues
- Referrals to other support services if we identify any additional needs
- Our goal is to provide support when you need it most, helping you move from crisis to stability.
