Utility savings across the board

The Big Difference Scheme, Power up, Energy Champion and Affordable Warmth Solutions make up our excellent Utility Projects. The aim of the Utility Team is to provide an all-round service of advice.  They won’t stop at just helping you with your water or energy bills, they will work as a team to help you with your Utilities as a whole. Beyond face-to-face and telephone appointments the team frequently attend events together, go out to groups, host tariff-switching sessions and offer home visits if needed.

Saving hundreds for our customers

An example of some great work done by the Utility team would include attending a group session at a retirement home and reducing clients water bills through the Big Difference Scheme by several hundred pounds a year, switching their tariffs from the economy 7 meter to a fixed tariff, saving them several hundred pounds a year, applying a warm home discount, helping identify benefits they might not be receiving, and signing them up for the Priority Services register for extra help and support when needed.
